Smellmii is the largest Swiss online platform for private buyers and private sellers of used underwear and shoes. Smellmii.ch provides the technical platform for buyers and sellers and does not offer any items itself.

Smellmii very much regrets that there have been problems with a seller. With the conclusion of an offer or with the purchase of an item on our portal, a legally valid purchase contract is created between both parties. The seller is therefore legally obliged to sell you the item.

According to the terms and conditions and depending on the type of product of Smellmii, the seller has up to eight days to deliver the goods. Check what the availability was in the corresponding offer.

In any case, please wait for these deadlines before taking any further steps.

If the seller has delivered the item incomplete, defective or different from what is described, inform us in writing within 14 days (notice of defect).

In principle, you have the right to replacement or repair of the goods (at the seller's expense) or a price reduction. Any return of the goods in this context must be paid by the buyer and must be confirmed in writing by the seller in advance (please do not return them without confirmation). 

Purchases on Smellmii are binding and can only be cancelled with the consent of the seller. If you have purchased an item accidentally or unintentionally, it is important that you contact us immediately. Explain the situation to us so that an amicable solution can be found.

If the seller has already started processing the order, it is usually no longer possible to withdraw from the contract under any circumstances.

When making a purchase via Smellmii, you can choose the following payment options by default: cash or bank transfer. With the payment term "prepayment", you have to check the receipt of payment on your account after the sale so that you can ship the item.

With the advanced payment options, your buyer has several additional payment methods available to them. Ricardo uses the advanced payment options to process your buyers' payments for you. We will send all information about the payment, as well as the payment confirmation and, if necessary, the payment reminder. In this way, you and your buyers benefit from a quick and secure payment for your items.

All sales profiles at Smellmii are 100% anonymous and secured. Under no circumstances can a seller be contacted. According to our terms and conditions, this is prohibited and such an attempt may be prosecuted. This rule serves both the protection of privacy and the safety of our sellers.

No registration or creation of a user account is necessary for the purchase of items on Smellmii. All items can also be purchased as a guest user, but not all payment methods may be available.

The fixed sales prices are determined by Smellmii and can be adjusted according to the market situation. Smellmii is committed to a fair and transparent pricing policy for both our sellers and buyers as well as Smellmii.

The items offered on Smellmii can be purchased immediately with fixed prices. A purchase on Smellmii is binding. 

After a purchase, the seller receives all the details of the order by e-mail. The desired shipping address, which is specified by the buyer during the ordering process, will be sent to the seller by a pre-printed and prepaid shipping label from Swiss Post as a PDF. The Seller shall send the products placed by him/her by post to the Buyer within the specified period.

Smellmii.ch offers 100% anonymity for the seller and, as far as possible, the greatest possible anonymity for the buyer of the products.

Payment processing is done directly via Smellmii.

The requirements for free registration are as follows:

- Minimum age 18 years

- You choose a display name that is not yet used by another person

- You don't have a Smellmii account with the same email address yet 

- You don't have an existing blocked account with Smellmii.

In addition to the above requirements, the following applies to selling your own items:

- Upload an official ID for verification. (The uploaded data is used exclusively for verification and will be deleted from our server after verification).

- Enter the necessary information in the personal sales profile, including the payout options.

Immediately after registration, you will receive a welcome e-mail to the e-mail address you entered to confirm the e-mail address provided. 

The e-mail address must be confirmed in any case, otherwise a login is not possible. Once the email address has been confirmed, you can log in to your account.

Creating an offer on Smellmii is free of charge until it is sold. The current fees can be found in the Fee Regulations. The fees will be automatically deducted from your balance from the sale. So you will never receive an invoice, but your balance from the completed sale and a monthly statement on which you can see and control all your sales.

Smellmii is a platform that brings buyers and sellers together. In order to ensure a smooth process and ensure fairness for both parties, there are rules to follow. The currently valid terms and conditions show you the rules.

Under no circumstances may a buyer be contacted directly by a seller on Smellmii.ch. According to our terms and conditions, this is prohibited and such an attempt may be prosecuted. Our buyers should enjoy the greatest possible anonymity, just as the 100% anonymity of you as the seller is protected by us in the best possible way. This rule serves both to protect the privacy of our buyers and, above all, to protect your personal safety.

If this rule is violated, or if we learn of an attempt to contact you, your sales profile will be immediately suspended and, depending on the situation, legal action will be considered.

Depending on the type of offer chosen, there are different deadlines.

- In the case of shoes, the shipment must be made within two days, the buyer should receive his product on the third day.

- In the case of products ready for shipment, the shipment must be made within two days, the buyer should receive his product on the third day.

- In the case of products where the customer orders an additional service, the shipment must take place the following day after completion of the additional service.

Prerequisites for the sale of items are a user account with a verified e-mail address, verification with official ID, as well as the deposit of the necessary information in the user account (such as your payout information). You can also find the exact details under the item Registration. If you are not sure why you cannot list items, you are welcome to contact our customer service at any time via e-mail or contact form.

As soon as you have sold an item to a customer, or as soon as a buyer has ordered your offer, you will receive an e-mail with the corresponding information about the order, the delivery time and the buyer. You process the order and make it ready for shipment according to the packaging instructions.

You will also receive a shipping label for Swiss Post with your order. You print them out and stick them on your package. You can now drop the package in the mailbox or take it to the post office.

Shipping costs will be covered by Smellmii.

The purchase contract will be concluded through Mii Groups GmbH. We take care of the payment processing for you. Basically, when you receive an order for one of your items, it has already been paid for.
